Host Privacy Policy
Applicable to hosts, property owners, agents, and property representatives working with Well Travel.

1. Data controller
Controller: WT INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. (WT INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED), 0318674875.
Legal address: Tầng 6, 520 Cách Mạng Tháng Tám, Phường Nhiêu Lộc, TP Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.
2. What host data we process
- Contact data: name, phone, email, Telegram, communication history, and preferred language.
- Verification data: identity documents, selfie, authority to represent a property, and related checks.
- Property data: addresses, photos, descriptions, rules, prices, availability, and check-in instructions.
- Settlement data: payment details, invoices, reports, and booking financial records.
- Technical data: account identifiers, session data, security logs, and service activity history.
3. Purposes of processing
- host verification and access to Well Travel tools;
- publication and promotion of properties;
- booking coordination, check-in support, communication with clients, and dispute resolution;
- settlements, reporting, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
4. Data sharing
We share host data only where necessary for the service: with clients for confirmed booking and check-in, with payment and infrastructure providers, with professional advisers, or with authorities when legally required.
5. Retention and protection
Data is stored for as long as needed for cooperation, service obligations, accounting, legal requirements, and dispute handling. We apply organizational and technical safeguards and limit access to authorized staff.
6. Host rights and contacts
Hosts may request clarification, correction, deletion where legally possible, or restriction of processing by contacting Well Travel through official support channels.

7. Account and data deletion
This section applies to the WT Partners mobile app, provided by WT INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.
You can delete your account and associated data in two ways:
In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
By email: write to welltravel.partners@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject "Account deletion". We process such requests within 30 days.
What is deleted: your profile (name, email, username, avatar), linked accounts (Telegram, Zalo, Google), chat messages, and login/session data.
What is retained: booking, settlement, invoice and tax records are retained for up to the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (and any data we must keep to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations), after which it is deleted.
